Safety Coordinator

The Safety Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, facilitation, and supervision of the facility's safety programs and initiatives.
Works under general direction; relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; follows pre-established guidelines and common practices to perform job.
Regularly inspects facility operations to ensure that safe job practices are followed, protective equipment is properly utilized and all required machine/process guards are in place and operationalInvestigates and facilitates the investigation of all accidents and near miss occurrences, identifies trends and causes and ensures that corrective measures are implementedWorks with management to develop safety programs and incentives as appropriateConducts new hire training and ensures new employees understand safety practices and policiesProvides training to employees on the safe and appropriate operation of machinery and equipmentChairs the Safety CommitteeEnsures the facility maintains the proper number of personnel trained in first aid and CPR and that required level of safety and medical supplies are maintained in inventoryConducts and certifies all forklift trainingCoordinates annual fire inspection tours and planned/unplanned tours by other safety and health regulatory agenciesMonitors facility hearing conservation programCoordinates work duties for employees on medical restrictionsMaintains appropriate communication with immediate management, Human Resources, and third party claims administratorsMaintains OSHA 300 log and other required reportsPrepares regular and special reports as requiredPerforms other duties as requiredSalary:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
